They help you understand the problem you are going through in a calm manner and clear any myths and misinterpretations of anxiety or panic attacks. This helps you see your problem in clearer view and lays out the carpet for the One Move Technique. The One Move Technique is of course the core of Panic Away and is shown not only in theory, but in real life scenarios as well, how to use it when dealing with anxiety attacks or panic attacks in any part of your life regardless of what you’re doing, step-by-step. If you need more help, there are also presentation videos to help show how to apply the technique in any situation. The rest of the chapters help in dealing with anxiety attacks as well as general anxiety and are also given the same degree of importance as the One Move Technique. There is also a section for using medication including natural methods.

What I didn’t like about the Panic Away Program:
There is little to nothing to dislike about the program except maybe the initial price of the product (which I’ve found very well worth it after having used it) although the main dislike I have would be catered to some of the reviews about the product which makes it seem like a miracle worker for dealing with anxiety attacks and/or panic attacks. Now the truth is that this is not the case, however, if you take the time and effort to follow the instructions thoroughly and precisely, you’ll find it offering all it said and more.

Panic Away can indeed help anyone who is dealing with anxiety attacks or panic attacks.
